How can I book villa? Once you contact us with your enquiry, our team will assist you to find your dream house. After that, you will receive the further instructions by our Villa Advisor to make the payment. You will receive the confirmation of your villa from us once we received the payment.
How does cancellations & refund policy work? Our villas and other luxe properties are not commercial institutions like hotels. We strongly recommend our clients to book it in advance as these are not easily available. We also recommend our clients to have travel insurance as you pay us, we immediately transfer the money to the owner so there is no chance of any refund. All the payments are non-refundable. (Refunds can be possible only in some special circumstances).
How much booking fees I have to pay to confirm my villa? If you book the villa 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, then you have to pay 25% Non-Refundable of the total rental price and we will give you the contract which has to be signed by all agreed parties. If you didn’t pay the remaining balance by agreed date, then owner/Pradeep has the legal right to cancel your booking. If you book within 8 weeks from arrival date, then you have to pay whole 100% amount.
When I have to pay the remaining balance? Before 8 weeks from arrival date you have to pay all remaining balance and if you do not pay the remaining balance, we have the right to cancel your booking.
How much I have to pay for damage deposit? Is my damage deposit safe? You have to pay 30% damage deposit. Once you check-out the villa and everything is in fine condition and nothing is damage from your side (which will be examine by our property manager) then we will transfer your whole damage deposit within 15 days.
Do we accept cash? Which cards do you accept? We do not accept cash more than 500 € per invoice. We accept bank transfers & all credits cards (credit charges fees applicable).
What is the check-in and check-out time? The villa check-in time is 15:00 HRS or after and check-out time is 10:00 HRS or before.
Is early check-in possible? We do not guarantee early check-in before 3 pm but we try our best if it is possible to do early check-in.
Is there local assistance for my villa? Yes, we have 24*7 dedicated property manager available and for any kind of other assistance your dedicated personal concierge is available 24*7.
